How do I reset my password?
Go to the
Forgot Password page and enter your email. Check your spam folder too.
I can't log in to my account.
Make sure you're using your email address to log in. If the problem persists, contact us via WhatsApp.
My progress is not saving.
Click the "Mark complete" button at the end of each lesson. If it still doesn't save, clear your browser cache and try again.
I didn't receive my certificate.
Certificates are issued once all lessons and assessments are completed with a passing score. Contact us if it still doesn't appear.
How do I enrol in a course?
Sign in, go to Browse Courses, open the course you want, and click the Enrol button.
